Some time ago, while going through a confusing season in this life, I asked JESUS ALMIGHTY, Our BLESSED AND TRIUMPHANT CRUCIFIED {JOHN 19:30} AND RESURRECTED {JOHN 20} KING Of kings and LORD Of lords {REVELATION 19:16}, what was I doing wrong? HE SO LOVINGLY SAID ONE WORD "STRIVE".
Imagine the joy I expressed when JESUS LED me to today's SCRIPTURE VERSE. You see, I have not been home since 2014, because after my last major spinal cord surgery, I'm unable to walk up the steps. However, I know and believe that it's only a matter of time, before I walk again, believing by Thanksgiving 2022.
Upon Being Led to Today's SCRIPTURE TEXT, Our LORD AND GOD, JESUS CHRIST {JOHN 20:28} HAD me see that HE WANTED me to strive for full restoration {2 CORINTHIANS 13:11}. Full restoration, I believe, is different and unique for everyone.
However for me, it meant, being Healed, BY JESUS CHRIST, Spiritually, mentally, emotionally, relationally, and physically. It also means getting my wife and children coming back to me, driving again, working again, and a plethora of other worthy of Salvation content.
And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about my Father's business? - LUKE 2:49
So, my "dear friend {3 JOHN 1}", let's make it our business to be about, as with Our LORD AND GOD JESUS CHRIST {JOHN 20:28}, our FATHER'S BUSINESS {LUKE 2:49} to "rejoice" in all things. This, I believe is the beginning to our receiving full restoration.
When we rejoice in THE TRIUMPHANT DEATH {MATTHEW 27} AND RESURRECTION {MATTHEW 28} OF Our LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS {2 PETER 1:1}, we will see a Total Transformation, and Renewal of our mind within us {ROMANS 122}, all the while being the able vessels, ALMIGHTY JESUS HAS CALLED Us to.
Thus, with that, we will see everything Restored that our adversary {1 PETER 5:8} the devil thought he'd stolen {JOHN 10:10a}. In JESUS' NAME {MARK 16:15}. Amen. "Dear children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen. {1 JOHN 5:21}" "The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God's people. Amen. {REVELATION 22:21}"
