In Today's HOLY SPIRIT INSPIRED HOLY BIBLE VERSE {1 PETER 1:21}, we see the Beloved Apostle Saint Luke Writing In his GOSPEL, CONCERNING THE DEATH {MARK 15} AND RESURRECTION {MARK 16} OF Our LORD JESUS {ACTS 15:11}, "Saying, The Lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon. {LUKE 24:34 + HOLY BIBLE - KING JAMES VERSION}."
Because of Our LORD JESUS {1 CORINTHIANS 5:4} HAVING RISEN FROM THE DEAD ON THE THIRD DAY {LUKE 24:34, 46}, and need as Christians during this "JOURNEY" or pilgrimage on JESUS' Earth {PSALMS 24:1}.
So, my "dear friend {3 JOHN 1}", let's be REMINDED DAILY BY THE SPIRIT OF JESUS {JOHN 14:26 + HOLY BIBLE - KING JAMES VERSION} That we are in a war {MATTHEW 12:30 + HOLY BIBLE - THE MESSAGE}. We know that we Serve a Risen SAVIOR {LUKE 24:34}, THE LORD JESUS {LUKE 24:3}, WHO HAS ALREADY TRIUMPHED {REVELATION 5:5} Over our adversaries the devil and his angels {MATTHEW 25:41}.
They are under our feet, in that we HAVE BEEN GRANTED "...power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you {LUKE 10:19 + HOLY BIBLE - KING JAMES VERSION}." We have THE GREATEST HOPE EVER That will not only anchor our souls {}, but will also Give Us the necessary Endurance {ROMANS 15:4} that we desire {PSALM 37:4 + HOLY BIBLE - KING JAMES VERSION}.
JESUS GAVE HIS Blessed Disciples THIS COMMANMDMENT BEFORE HE EVEN WENT TO THE CROSS {LUKE 23:33} RESURRECTING THE THIRD DAY {LUKE 24:34, 46}. How much more after HIS DEATH {JOHN 19:30} AND RESURRECTION {JOHN 20:1-17, 28-31} do we have the "whole armour of God {EPHESIANS 6:10-17 - HOLY BIBLE - KING JAMES VERSION}" to show forth that the devil is INDEED DEFEATED as we overcame him by the BLOOD OF THE LAMB And by the WORD OF Our TESTIMONY. And we loved not our lives unto the death {REVELATION 22:21}.
