 "Rejoice", this is one of JESUS' Most Favorite Commands, I believe. I simply say this By THE LEADING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, namely because in the OLD TESTAMENT Prophetic EBOOK OF Nehemiah, we are taught that the joy of the LORD is our strength {NEHEMIAH 8:10}.

      When Our LORD JESUS CAME INTO our lives, SAVING AND MAKING US Whole, we were given a Clean Slate, AS THE BLOOD OF JESUS SHED AT HIS CROSS {MATTHEW 27}, PRIOR TO HIS THIRD DAY RESURRECTION {LUKE 24:34, 46} FROM THE DEAD {JOHN 20:1-7, 28}, Cleansed Us From all sins.

     Let's faith it. One of JESUS' beloved Apostle Paul wrote that he determined to know nothing save Christ Crucified {1 CORINTHIANS 2:2 - HOLY BIBLE - KING JAMES VERSION}. We see from this man, who was reared from youth unto the Law of Moses, THE TORAH (THE FIRST FIVE BOOKS OF THE HOLY BIBLE).

     Shortly after JESUS SO LOVINGLY FED 5,000 men plus women and children with a young lad's five loaves of bread and two fish {MATTHEW 14:17-20}, HE COMMANDED HIS PRECIOUS Disciples to get in the ship and they headed for Capernaum {JOHN 6:17}. That particular night JESUS CAME TO THEM WALKING ON THE WATER. 

 When the Disciples willingly Received JESUS HIM INTO The Boat, immediately they were at the land whereby they had been Led enroute BY JESUS TO GO.

 

     Whereby, upon arrival, the men who hadn't seen JESUS Get into HIS Disciples boat, asked Rabbi when did you get here? JESUS, Knowing their motives said, ".....Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the loaves, and were filled {JOHN 6:26 - HOLY BIBLE - KING JAMES VERSION}."

 

     "Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed. {JOHN 6:27 - HOLY BIBLE - KING JAMES VERSION}

     Whereby, When Our JESUS TOLD those who were there that they must eat HIS FLESH AND DRINK HIS BLOOD {JOHN 6:54}, they did not understand and "Many therefore of his disciples, when they had heard this, said, This is an hard saying; who can hear it {JOHN 6:60}?  When they didn't understand Our LORD'S SPEECH, Our HOLY BIBLE SAYS "From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him {JOHN 6:66}."

     So, my "dear friend {3 JOHN 1}", let's respond to every Challenge THE LORD JESUS ALLOWS on our journey with a heartfelt, mental disposition that says, because we believe and know that JESUS IS LORD AND GOD {JOHN 20:28}, we understand, as with the beloved Apostle Simon Peter, that, JESUS HAS THE WORDS OF LIFE {JOHN 6:68-69}. 

     When we understand this TRUTH, we can Overcome and adverse situation JESUS ALLOWS to present itself upon the grid of our everyday lives. 

Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. - HEBREWS 4:14 - HOLY BIBLE - KING JAMES VERSION

     When we believe that JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD {HEBREWS 4:14}, LORD AND GOD {JOHN 20:28}, THE CHRIST {LUKE 24:46}, AND Our MENTOR {ISAIAH 54:11-17 - HOLY BIBLE - THE MESSAGE TRANSLATION}, AND MASTER {JOHN 15:15 - HOLY BIBLE - NEW INTERNATIONAL VERSION} WE WILL face every challenge with a JESUS-Centered fervor, knowing that ALMGHTY JESUS IS WITH Us {ISAIAH 7:14}. 

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. - ROMANS 12:2 - HOLY BIBLE - KING JAMES VERSION

     Because of this, we will have a renewed mind {ROMANS 12:2}, and a renewed focus on the Things that please ALMIGHTY JESUS {GENESIS 17:1}, staying with HIM through thick and thin. And when we accomplish this, we will be Pleasing to ALMIGHTY JESUS {GENESIS 28:3}, showing forth the Praise of Our LORD AND GOD JESUS {JOHN 20:28} unto the land, beckoning unto the land to come to the ONE AND ONLY JESUS. 

     HE IS TRULY THE ONLY GOD, and HE ALONE CAN SAVE. "Dear children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen. {1 JOHN 5:21}" IN JESUS' NAME {MARK 9:37}. "The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God's people. Amen. {REVELATION 22:21}"
