Praise JESUS; Our BELOVED
CRUCIFIED {JOHN 19:30} and RESURRECTED {JOHN 20:28} king Of kings and LORD Of
lords {REVELATION 19:16}. In the Beloved Apostle John's FIFTH GOSPEL
CHAPTER, we see a man who was an invalid sitting by the pool of Bethesda
for thirty-eight years seemingly waiting for someone to help him into the pool, when an Angel came down from Heaven to stir up the water. When the Angel
stirred the water, whoever as sick and got in the water first was HEALED {JOHN 5:1-8}.
6 When Jesus saw him lying there and learned that he had been in this condition for a long time, he asked him, “Do you want to get well?” - JOHN 5:6
On one
particular occasion, Our LORD AND GOD JESUS CHRIST {JOHN 20:28} WALKED UP TO the invalid who
had been sitting there for thirty-eight years and asked him if he wanted to get
well {JOHN 5:6}.
Some might argue that when the man, with the infirmity, stated that when
the Angel stirred the water, he has no one to help him get in the pool, and
another steps in before him, getting Healed, that he was making an excuse. However, I
like to believe that he was sincere, for we all need the help of ALMIGHTY
JESUS, for without JESUS we can do nothing. Wherefore, even if JESUS USED
Someone to help the man, it would still have been JESUS DOING IT.

In today’s
HOLY SPIRIT INSPIRED HOLY BIBLE VERSE {2 PETER 1:21 -DOUAY-RHEIMS BIBLE}, we see JESUS SPEAKING With the man HE
HEALED, after the man's healing.
After JESUS COMMANDED HIM TO "Get up! PICK Up your mat and walk {JOHN 5:8}, Our LORD {REVELATION 11:8} ADMONISHED the former invalid, that he is healed, stop sinning lest a worse thing come
upon him {JOHN 5:14}.

This is a sobering RESPONSE FROM Our BLESSED REDEEMER THE LORD
JESUS {LUKE 24:3}, in that, this man was unable to walk, and if he continued to sin, as THE
SCRIPTURES SAY, There will be no more sacrifice for sins {HEBREWS 10:26}, for only through CHRIST
JESUS {ACTS 24:24} COULD we be Saved and Healed. Furthermore, not being able to walk seemed
like something awfully bad, however if the man returned to a life of sin,
JESUS said something worse might happen to him {JOHN 5:14}.
For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, - HEBREWS 10:26 - HOLY BIBLE - KING JAMES VERSIONSo, my
"dear friend {3 JOHN 1}", if you are in a life of sinful rebellion
today, please ask JESUS ALMIGHTY {GENESIS 35:11} TO FORGIVE You. HE WILL.
In essence it may just
be, as I heard a Preacher Sermonize one service, that a sin may have caused
this man's illness (although the TEXT doesn't say this). If this is the case,
we know from PSALM 107 that rebellion could have caused a dire
circumstance, but as soon as we repent turning to JESUS, and away from our
sinfulness, JESUS ALMIGHTY {1 KINGS 19:10} WILL FORGIVE Us, and as the Billy
Graham Foundation Decrees, my friend, "that is always good
news." In JESUS' NAME {JOHN
14:13}. "Dear children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen {1 JOHN
5:21}." "The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God's people. Amen
